Vancouver's longest running Breathwork Circle

Join Our Community 

Since 2018 we have been running group breathwork journeys once a month or more. We have been honoured to hold space for 1000's of people from our community diving into this potent self-healing practice. Breathwork helps to circulate energy in the body, releasing physical and emotional blockages to create more space for new possibilities.

 

We work with the Wim Hof Method breath practice and Conscious Connected Breathwork (Breathwave).

These forms of Breathwork are simple yet powerful, and are effective in managing stress + anxiety, physical pain and creating an overall sense of balance and well-being in the body.

What does a Group Breathwork session look like?

Sessions are 2.5 hours long. The sessions are facilitated by Cian or Carolyn, and support from one of their trained breathwork students depending on the group size. All of our Breathwork facilitators are highly trained, experienced and trauma-informed with a strong lineage of teachers behind them

At the beginning of the session you will have a chance to share who you are, what matters to you and what your intention for breathing is. Then you will be guided through a nourishing and powerful breath practice for over an hour. Hands-on body work, energy work and sound healing tools may be used to optimize the experience. We finish with a closing and integration circle.

Through these sessions people will learn how to optimize their breath from the inside out, increasing oxygen absorption and promoting natural healing and recovery. Breathwork has been scientifically proven to be extremely beneficial in the healing of injuries, chronic pain, inflammation, stress and anxiety, among many other benefits.

Become a Breathwork Practioner 

Embark on a transformative path with our distinctive 3-month Breathwork Facilitator Training Program. We offer this training in small groups, once or twice a year.
